Arguably the best hot chocolate in my life. Trust me I have tried a lot. Keep in mind I have a sweet tooth. Also there are many options to choose from as a topping. I tried the classic milk chocolate and the chilli one. I will come back for more.
Very small shop but they have different type of choclates for sale or for hot drink. In the back of the cafe, they have some chairs for strutting. I had a hot chocolate but it was very sweet. I recommend the bitter one.

Visited here on a cold Saturday afternoon for a post lunch coffee. The cappuccino as well as the dark hot chocolate drink were fantastic. Especially the hot chocolate. In most places the chocolate can get too sweet, and make your thirsty and uncomfortable, but Karmello's hot chocolate had the perfect sugar content. The seating area is a little small though, and not as elegant as the store front. But overall it is quite comfortable. They also have an amazing assortment of chocolates. The homemade chocolate with nuts is a great buy, both the milk chocolate as well as the dark chocolate versions. After buying a 100 grams bag of each, both were quickly eaten by us within one day.
Looking forward to visiting again, and will definitely buy a bigger bag of chocolate this time.
Karmello is probably the most sophisticated modern chocolatier in Poland having several cafés in the city. This shop is situated in the centre Warsaw and near Nowy Świat, it is small and difficult to find easily, but inside of the shop is very cozy with several tables to drink or eat. I ordered a light breakfast menu with a croissant and hot chocolate to recognise its authentic deliciousness. Needless to say you can purchase chocolate for souvenirs from its various products!
Nice chocolate drinks. If you like sweet chocolate try Ruby. They also have nice chocolates. I would avoid the orange and cherry.
